Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident and at ease when shopping with Evelluna.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:

- New and unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in their original condition and packaging

Sale items may also be returned, provided they meet the return conditions above.

3. How to Start a Return

For your convenience, a prepaid return label is included in your parcel for eligible returns.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us at care@evelluna.com within 14 days of delivery before sending it back.

Our Customer Care team will confirm your return eligibility and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us.

4. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, return shipping costs are covered by Evelluna.

A prepaid return label is included in your parcel. Please use the provided label only after your return request has been confirmed by our Customer Care team.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests, subject to product availability.

However, for the fastest and most efficient service, we usually recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred style, size, or color.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, and your return has been approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for items that are:

- Worn
- Washed
- Altered
- Damaged after delivery
- Returned without the original tags attached

Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
