Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Destinations

Evelluna offers worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout.

For all available destinations, standard shipping, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and import-related fees are included in the product price.



2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders shipped via DHL Express typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier handling, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are provided as a general guideline.



4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price.
No additional standard shipping fee is charged at checkout.



5. Duties & Taxes Included

Your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means Evelluna covers applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and import-related fees for destinations available at checkout.

There should be no extra import duties or taxes to pay upon delivery.



6. Return Label

For your convenience, a prepaid return label is included in your parcel for eligible returns.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending it back, so our Customer Care team can guide you through the return process.



7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your shipment.

If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at care@evelluna.com.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at care@evelluna.com.

We can usually assist if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.



9. Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as efficiently as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
