Yes. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Yes, exchanges are possible. However, we generally recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred style, size, or color.

For eligible returns, return shipping costs are covered by Evelluna. Please contact us before sending any item back. Once approved, our Customer Care team will provide return instructions and a return label.
Since shipping is already included in the product price and no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout, there is no original shipping charge to refund separately.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags are not eligible for return.

For delicate materials such as cashmere and alpaca blends, professional care or dry cleaning is generally recommended when needed.
